These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using our digital asset(s) (“Asset”), you (“User”) and we (“Provider”) agree to the following:

Definitions and Scope:
“Asset” means any digital product provided. “Use” includes download, installation, access, or other utilization.

Prerequisites and Technical Requirements:
User must install the latest versions of any required third-party software, plugins, or modules, including but not limited to: VRCFury; VRCOSC (including Yeusepe’s VRCOSC Modules); specific fonts, modules, packages, assets, or other dependencies noted in the asset documentation. Compatibility is User’s sole responsibility.

Installation Instructions:
Follow the provided import, setup, and configuration steps exactly as described in the Asset documentation.

Usage Guidelines:
User is responsible for compatibility with their software setup and any third-party integrations, and for resolving technical or compatibility issues. Provider may offer limited support (e.g. documentation clarification) if contact info is provided, excluding custom modifications or extensive troubleshooting.

Age Confirmation:
By using the Asset, User confirms compliance with VRChat’s age requirements and terms of service.

No Refund Policy:
All sales are final due to the Asset’s digital nature and immediate availability. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, except as required by applicable law.

Warranty Disclaimer:
THE ASSET IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ASSET. PROVIDER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ASSET.

Indemnification:
User agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims arising out of User’s use of the Asset or breach of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, Colombia, with a waiver of class or representative actions.

Modification of Terms:
Provider may amend these Terms by posting a revised version on its website; amendments take effect 30 days after posting.

Severability and Entire Agreement:
If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall stay in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and Provider regarding the Asset.

By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
